Sometimes, there are times I want to do a blog post, but I'm not sure exactly what it is I want to write. This is one of those times. So, let's just go with the flow and see what comes up.

Two minutes later .. nothing. It's the writing equivalent of Eckhart Tolle (pictured below). For those who don't know about Eckhart Tolle, he is a spiritual teacher who regularly does long pauses before speaking. And sometimes we think that we have to say something, or have something to say. Our thirst for knowledge and insight can sometimes distract us from connecting with our true selves.

Maybe we should take time to consider the divine person we really are, rather than focus on our faults and the things that need resolving. That's not to say that we can ignore certain things and hope they will go away, but sometimes it's good to have a different perspective on things.

Silence is a good way to do this. Maybe it would be good to follow Eckhart's example more and take more pauses rather than rush into the next sentence.
